AMBI is a product renowned for claiming to work for “women of color” as they put it. They imply that your skin is different if you are not Caucasian, therefore you need a special brand and blend of ingredients to therefore provide you with the same caliber of results. They have stated multiple times that with their product, you can accordingly achieve greater results.

AMBI was rather recently created and marketed to the general public. They have always made the same claims and really named their product accordingly. They have received a lot of business due to false notions. But at the same time, they have received quite a bit of criticism for the same reason. They have received the criticism namely because frankly there is no difference between races, there are differences scientifically speaking between individuals.

Benefits

AMBI does not actually provide results. It actually actively bleaches the skin with ingredients proven to have that effect. It does not treat wrinkles and may in fact accelerate the aging process in some individuals. And frankly, from what we’ve found, most women in general don’t consider whiter skin to be an attribute or a way to reduce the appearance of wrinkles specifically.

Conclusion

AMBI is not a product of choice. Its main ingredients are really bleaching agents, and as for being for women of color, they specifically refuse to use harsher chemical peels on women with darker colored skin specifically because of their bleaching properties. We would not suggest wasting your money on a product that can’t even work as a proper moisturizer.
