Elemis is a pro collagen marine cream that will apparently reduce the appearance and the visible signs of aging. It also is supposed to increase moisture and produce “clinically proven anti aging results in just 15 days.” They claim it is the best way to get rid of wrinkles, uneven skin tones, sagging skin, and other common signs of aging.

History of Elemis

Elemis was first created and manufactured in Britain, and now it is only used in spas by 5.7 million people every year. It uses natural ingredients and technology for the greatest results. Because of that, they claim that they have been used in 1200 spas across the world for award winning results. Since 1989, it was grown and expanded.

Benefits

Elemis does use a number of moisturizers and essential oils. Pending the right essential oils of course, it could moisturize, kill bacteria, and work as a powerful antiseptic. However, it fails to address the very basic goal of reducing wrinkles and otherwise reducing the signs of aging. These ingredients, as far as we can tell, do not promote the growth of collagen, elastin, or anything else.

There are no side effects commonly associated with this product.

Conclusion

We would not recommend this particular product. Elemis does not measure up to par, and unfortunately it seems to come with a number of side effects among other things. Consumers complain about its actual effectiveness. It’s not a harmful product, just one that does not work.
