They also claim that it will increase elasticity.

NV Perricone MD was created and is marketed by Dr Perricone, a household name because of his presence on the Oprah show. Various products have been based around his top 10 superfoods and apparent dermatologic expertise. Thousands have bought his expensive products because of the name associated with it. He sells mostly through his own site.

Benefits

He has exposed the top 10 superfoods, but apparently he forgot about basic dermatologic rules. His formulas don’t have any wrinkle fighters. Antioxidants fight free radicals that fight premature aging by fighting sun damage and pollution damage. However, they do not produce collagen and elastin or otherwise reverse the damage that is already done.

Possible side effects

Considering all the problems and preservatives, possible side effects include redness, irritation, burning, itching, flaking, burning sensations, dry skin, rash, inflammation, sensitivity to the sun, peeling, and dryness.

Conclusion

This product is produced by a big name, we understand that. But that doesn’t mean we recommend it for skincare in general or any kind of specific skincare for that matter. It doesn’t have the right ingredients or anything else, and it literally will have no effect at all. Obviously, just because he’s a dermatologist does not mean anything.
